I did not get a
chance to take a lot of production pics due to the huge task
of simply completing the Sneeker Tweekers.
|
After The main
decks have been machined and assembled, the inner sidewalls and
legs are installed.
Note, you are
looking at the bottom of the prop and can see the routed areas
for wiring & batteries etc. |
 |
|
|
|
The main bodies
are nearing the halfway point of assembly with the legs,
inner walls, light beacon & siren mounted in place. |
|
 |

|
|
The units await
the next phase of installing tims. |

My buddy Dave
and Roagie assembling the Crank Arm units.
It's nice to
see my son taking an interest in manufacturing at such a
young age :) |

The motorized
handles for the Buffing Wheels have been completely wired
and tested. The Buffing Pads are removable with a custom
design that requires NO tools for attaching. A very cool
feature. |

The pre-burnt
shoes are lightened up by removing inner soles and cutting
down for the next phase....BURNING the shoes. We completed
the burning after this pic was shot and realized that even
with good ventalation...34 BURNING SHOES can stink up the
shop! |
|
 |
|
|
The bottom
aluminum floor plates are installed. You can see the
beginning of the wiring harness phase. This is where the fun
starts. |

|
These are the custom
made brackets which are used as a size guide for the shoes
height. They look rather simple in the pics but were very tricky
to make as there are magnets imbedded in half of them as one is
removable so the prop may fit in the case properly. |
 |
|
And we have the ATA
Cases stacked and ready to be modified to hold the prop for safe
transport!
More pics to
come!! |
